2.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the ph985 platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph985 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any wagers placed through such accounts, and forfeit any associated winnings or bonuses.

2.3 Account Verification

ph985 may require you to complete a verification process before permitting withdrawals or continued access to certain Services. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction completion. ph985 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the User.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account
• Manipulating, exploiting, or abusing software vulnerabilities, bonuses, or promotions

• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification

5.1 Account Suspension and Termination

ph985 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that the User has violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities. Upon termination, all pending wagers will be voided, and any remaining account balance may be forfeited or returned to the User at ph985's discretion, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to ph985.

Users whose accounts have been terminated for violation of these Terms are permanently banned from creating new accounts or accessing the ph985 platform. Any attempt to circumvent this ban will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Users assume all risk associated with their use of the Services.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., and the arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.
